In this role I oversaw both JCC locations in the St. Louis area. Locations include Creve Coeur, MO and Chesterfield, MO. Duties included: Hiring, supervising, mentoring, and evaluating staff for the Membership Sales Team and Member Services Team. Accurately tracking essential sales metrics and interpreting data; providing feedback to the team to ensure success. Documenting, executing, and tracking processes and procedures. Prospecting for sales leads, both inside and outside of the facility. Working closely with vendors, agencies, and companies to help promote trial usage and drive lead generation. Once my lease was up I made the decision not to renew and took an opportunity presented to me to join Peloton when they came to the St. Louis market.
